A 10-minute walk from the historic old town and a 15-minute stroll from the city center, the property provides excellent access to all parts of the city. The University of Zaragoza lies approx’ 1.6 miles (2.6km) and can be reached by car or public transport.

Zaragoza Auditorium and Conference Centre: offers a venue for concerts, performances, and events.  Zaragoza Planetarium: is a great spot for stargazing and learning about astronomy. Zaragoza Aquarium: An aquarium with a variety of marine life and interactive exhibits.

The city offers an excellent public transportation system with a network of buses and a tram system that provides coverage throughout the city.  Zaragoza International Airport is a short 16 minute drive to the west and Zaragoza-Delicias train station is just over 2 miles (3.7km) away. The area offers a wide variety of amenities within walking distance, including food markets, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, and bars.
